Description
The Ajax FireProtect BL is a wireless indoor smoke and rapid-temperature-rise detector in a black finish. It detects smoke with a photoelectric sensor (an infrared emitter and photodetector inside the smoke chamber), while an additional temperature sensor reacts to a rapid rise in temperature even when there is no smoke. It can operate standalone or as part of an Ajax system and triggers a built-in siren when danger is detected.
